Self-serve plans are great for those who have the time and resources and have under 50 users. 

Mid-size is best for organisations that have 50-500 users and would like support with content creation.

Enterprise is perfect for bigger businesses (500+) looking for a bespoke solution.

You will lose any feature data that you do not have access to on the plan you downgraded to. The features that you do have access to will retain the data as is.

You can use your credit card for self-serve options. Mid-size and Enterprise are paid via invoice.
