This template asks users a question, and allows free text input. One of the most flexible Survey templates, this layout allows learners to freely express themselves. The data collected from this template can be analysed by authors using Ed’s intuitive analytics suite.

Using a similar approachable and dynamic design to the Multiple Choice Question template, this survey template allows authors to ask an easily coded question to learners during a lesson. Responses can easily be analysed using the Ed Analytics suite.

This approachable and elegant template allows authors to collect numerical data as a survey response. Labels can also be added to assist with responses, and to allow learners to visualise their answer. The responses to this template can be analysed using Ed’s extensive analytics tools, and exported to other applications using the administration portal.

Ask learners to plot words into different categories along a four quadrant matrix. This template is highly customisable; from the draggable words to the category labels that run along the axis of the matrix. The data collected from this survey can be used to gain an insight into how the learner perceives certain words in relation to the other words.
