What is Peer Learning?
Peer to Peer Learning is when the teacher is a colleague. When a colleague is teaching, their context, reference points and personality are more relatable to a learner which makes lessons more engaging. This in turn improves the likelihood of knowledge retention. There are two main ways to peer authoring with microlearning:
